Prerequisites

Before setting up the integration:
  • Active Webflow account with Editor access or higher
  • At least one published Webflow site
  • Searchable Pro plan or higher
  • Admin access to your Webflow workspace

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Authorize Connection

In Searchable Dashboard

  1. Navigate to SettingsIntegrations
  2. Find Webflow in the platform list
  3. Click Connect Webflow
  4. You’ll be redirected to Webflow’s authorization page

2. Grant Permissions

The Searchable integration requests these permissions:
  • Read site data: Access site structure and content
  • Read CMS collections: Analyze blog posts and dynamic content
  • Write site data: Apply optimizations (optional)
Only grant write permissions if you want Searchable to automatically apply optimizations. You can always review changes before they go live.

3. Select Sites to Sync

After authorization:
  1. Select which Webflow sites to include
  2. Choose sync frequency (hourly, daily, weekly)
  3. Set optimization preferences
  4. Configure notification settings

4. Initial Site Analysis

Once connected, Searchable will:
  • Crawl all pages on selected sites
  • Analyze technical SEO factors
  • Generate AEO recommendations
  • Create baseline performance metrics
